Tonia is a senior agency leader with over two decades of experience delivering growth and reputation for ambitious brands across the UK and international markets. Previously CEO of a leading UK independent agency, she built and scaled a £60 million annual media division. Tonia founded TENTEN to bring greater strategic discipline, creative precision and commercial accountability to premium destination, property, retail and place brands. Her approach combines deep data insight, rigorous planning and senior-level involvement on every brief. Tonia believes that premium brands deserve more than good enough. They deserve impact, advantage and results.
